  • Swedish massage focuses on a relaxing experience all over the body with light to medium pressure.

    60 or 90 minutes available.

  • Deep tissue massage targets chronic muscle tension that lies far below the body's surface.

    Rae Haven deep tissue massages incorporate Gua Sha work, which stimulates muscles beneath the skin by grazing the body with a smooth stone tool. Gua Sha offers the ultimate benefits for deeper aches and pains.

    60 or 90 minutes available.

  • An 30 minute express massage that focuses on a specific problem area.

  • Fire cupping uses glass suction cups and a live fire to create suction on the skin. Benefits include improved blood supply to skin and muscles, reduced pain and hypertension, and balanced immune, nervous, and hormone systems.

    90 minutes available.

  • Rae Haven massage therapist, Hailey, can perform mobile massages in Upper Kittitas County (Roslyn, Cle Elum, Suncadia). She can do individual massages or group massages for events like bachelorette parties, birthdays, work retreats, and more.
